This comprehensive Virtual review is designed to help you pass your Otolaryngology board exams as well as to update your clinical knowledge base and treatment strategies. Emphasis is on evidence-based medicine and board-relevant standards of care, incorporating new concepts and treatment approaches. This 4-day Virtual course includes lectures that review the entire field of Otolaryngology. As a result, it provides a good review for the ABOTO written exams or for physicians in practice wanting a thorough update.
The Virtual course includes didactic lectures with a complimentary, searchable e-syllabus presentation of clinical vignettes based on important topic cases, and embedded questions for discussion at the end of each topic. You can watch and participate as much as you have time for during the 4-day course and then use the recordings for further review and support practice improvement. Many of our previous participants found the course provided them with improved diagnostic and testing strategies, a better understanding of all major disease entities relevant to the general practice of Otolaryngology, and helped them recognize specific areas of knowledge weakness for self-study. All participants also receive access to an online practice test that can be utilized as needed up to Sept 1, 2021.
The webinar will be delivered using Zoom Cloud Meetings, allowing interaction between you and the faculty. To take part in the webinar you need a computer with a good internet connection. With this online webinar course, you get the best of both worlds – the comfort and safety of your own home or offices with the chance to learn from the Osler Faculty and your peers. All participants will receive complimentary streaming access to a recording of the course up to Sept 1, 2021.
