Frequently Asked Questions​ Website Transition FAQ 1. Why don’t I see my old account on the new website? Only customer accounts with orders placed in 2025, or with an active subscription during the transition, were transferred to the new website. Accounts from 2024 or earlier were not moved. 2. I had an account before 2025. What should I do? If your previous account was from 2024 or earlier, you will need to create a new account on the new site. 3. What should I do when placing a new order? When placing your order, please add a note saying you are a returning customer. This helps us quickly verify and assist you. 4. Do I need to recreate my subscription? If your subscription was active during the transition, it should already be transferred to the new site. If you believe you had an active subscription but don’t see it in your account, please reach out to us so we can review and assist. How do I access my Subscription-Based/Virtual reviews? Within the Subscription-Based/Virtual Courses tab of your account dashboard, you will find both your subscription-based reviews and/or your virtual course access. For subscription-based reviews, if you are not ready to start on the day of purchase, leave a note with the start date you would like Are you enrolling someone other than yourself? Unless noted otherwise, all our Virtual Review Courses are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).  Do I receive CME Credits? Attendance/completion of one of our courses is required for CME credit.The Osler Institute is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. What’s your guarantee policy? The Osler “Until You Pass” Guarantee The Osler Institute is committed to providing high-quality education to our learners. We offer courses that are guaranteed to help them confidently pass their examinations. In the unlikely event that a learner does not pass their examination, we allow them to re-enroll in a course tuition-free* until they succeed. Suppose you have attended an Osler course or subscribed to an online review and failed the examination for which the course was designed within the following nine months. In that case, you can re-enroll in an Osler course or resubscribe to the same term online review until you pass. This offer is tuition-free, but a corresponding failed examination attempt must precede each free course.Please be aware that the course registration fee does not cover hotel costs, meeting amenities, or any additional mock orals or study materials. If you want to enroll in a course under the guarantee, please complete the enrollment process at least 30 days before the course start date. By doing so, you can avoid any late fees that may apply if you enroll after this time frame. *Some restrictions apply: The course must be equal to or of a lesser value than the previous course. You may upgrade to a different course at a discounted rate. If the same course isn’t available, we offer a three-month subscription-based course in its place. Additional mock orals or a la carte course options are excluded from our guarantee option. Do you make sale price adjustments? If Osler publishes a coupon within 6 days of your purchase, you may qualify for a price adjustment.​* cannot be combined with other discounts. Can I upgrade my subscription from 3 months to a longer term length? You have 5 days from the original purchase date to modify your subscription; you will pay the price difference. *All plan lengths are not available for all products* Do you have a repeat discount? Review course live/virtual review. Once you have taken our live/virtual review course at the full physician or resident fee, future live/virtual review courses may become eligible for a 20% discount off the normal physician rate. Why is a lower price now showing for the online review product? After you purchase an online course product from Osler, your future online product purchases will receive a Return Customer Discount. The lower price you now see is the price with the aforementioned discount.  What is the cancellation policy on live virtual reviews? Subject to a $100 fee, refunds will be made for cancellations received at least 14 days before the review begins. What is the Osler policy on returns? Streaming products. Streaming products purchased may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within two days of the purchase.​ What forms of payment does Osler Institute accept?
