A Didactic Review for Qualifying and Recertification Exams as well as Oral Certification Exam
This comprehensive review is designed to help you pass your Otolaryngology exams as well as to update your clinical knowledge base. Emphasis is on evidence-based medicine and board-relevant standards of care, incorporating new concepts and treatments. This 6-day didactic course includes lectures that review the entire field of Otolaryngology. As a result, it provides a good review for the ABOto Qualifying and Recertification exams, the Oral Certification exam, and a thorough update for practicing physicians. The course includes didactic lectures with complimentary, searchable e-syllabus (PowerPoint presentations and notes) as well as case review sessions and multiple-choice board style questions.
Pass your oral certifying exam by honing your critical reasoning and evaluation skills in an intensive day of case reviews designed to help you zero in on what is most clinically relevant for diagnosis and for surgical approaches. You receive one complimentary 30 min public Mock Oral session with registration for the extra day. When not participating in your own mock oral you will have the opportunity to view others perform. Participants and faculty meet one-on-one in a half-hour simulation of the oral board exam. You may request intermittent critiques or a straight exam followed by a critique.
