Repeat Discount Once within two years of taking the course for full physician or resident fee, you may repeat the course for half of the physician registration fee current when you register to repeat. Many repeat even after passing their board exams.

Program Grant If you need to present a paper or poster for your residency training program or fellowship to grant you support for attending this course, please send us your one-page abstract.
