Do I receive CME Credits?

Attendance at one of our courses is required for CME credit.
The Osler Institute is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (AACME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.



What is the Start time of the first Day?

Circumstances may change so always check with our onsite registration desk but generally: 7 am registration opens, 8 am the first lecture starts



What is the end time of the last day of the program?

The day is scheduled to go until 7:15 pm, it may end earlier Again circumstances may dictate changes



What is the dress code for the course?

There is no specific dress code but we suggest business casual.



Does the registration fee include the hotel rooming fees?

No it does not, Osler contracts with the hotel to get a special room rate which includes use of the meeting facilities and meals.



What is the Cancellation Policy?

Subject to a $100 fee, refunds will be made for cancellations received at least 14 days before the course begins.



What meals are included with the meeting?

There is a continental breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon breaks. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.



If I don’t stay in the course hotel under our room block is there extra charge?

Yes there is a $43 per day charge for attendees not staying in the Osler room block at the course hotel.



Do I make my hotel reservations?

The Osler Institute makes your hotel reservations, however you will need to call the hotel after reservations are made to secure the room with your credit card



What format are the audio products in?

The audio is in MP3 format, Which will play in all computers and most newer cd players



What shipping services do you offer?

Osler Ships everything USPS Priority mail unless express service is requested



The Osler Institute policy on returns.

Printed material may be returned if unused and in "new" condition

Electronic media such as CD's

opened items may be returned for replacement if defective

unopened items may be returned for full refund of purchase price.

Items downloaded are non-refundable

Lodging charges are not included in the registration fee.
If not staying under the Osler Room Block at the course hotel there is a $43 per day charge for the Banquet Fee which covers the cost of the meeting rooms, lunches and refreshments

Cancellation Policy: Subject to a $100 fee, refunds will be made for cancellations received at least 14 days before the course begins.

The Osler Institute is going green and providing our attendees with the latest technology to assist in their review. Each registrant will receive upon arrival at the course, a USB drive with searchable PDF copies of the presentations offered during the review. In addition a printed syllabus is available for a small additional fee.
